ADR Experience: For more than 35 years has arbitrated commercial cases, with a significant practice since 1990, hearing over 25 U. S. and international commercial disputes as sole arbitrator, panel member and panel chairman in CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution, ICC and AAA cases. Member of College of Commercial Arbitrators, London Court of International Arbitration, the ABA and the IBA Dispute Resolution Sections. Advisory Board member, Dispute Resolution Research Center at Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Founding member of CIDRA board of directors. Regular participant in training courses offered by CPR, ICC, LCIA and AAA. In Fall 2004, taught international arbitration and mediation to judges and advocates in Mongolia under contract funded by USAID.
