ARTICLE 26 - MEDIATOR FEES
1) The mediators fees may vary from those listed in 
Appendix D, but they shall be reasonable in amount, 
taking into account the amount in dispute, the 
complexity of the subject-matter, the time spent and 
other relevant circumstances. The registration fees 
are as listed on Appendix D. 

2) Mediator fees shall be paid by the parties in U.S. 
dollars unless CIDRA otherwise determines in writing.
