Spring Intern

Kevin Walsh in Egypt
CIDRA’s new intern is Kevin Walsh. Kevin is a second-year law student at DePaul University College of Law and his focus of study is international commercial law. Kevin has been selected for the International Arbitration Team that will travel to Vienna, Austria for the Vis Competition this Spring. His interest in international law stems from his experiences abroad in both Europe and the Middle East. Kevin studied Arabic in Egypt, and worked there as an editor for an international business magazine before returning to the United States to study law. His goal is to use his travel experience and language skills as a spring-board for a career in international law, specifically in the areas of arbitration or transnational business. This goal is a long way from Boulder, Colorado, where he grew up and went to college at the University of Colorado. In college, Kevin earned honor’s recognition for his research and writing in the field of psychology, and published an article in conjunction with one of his physics Professors. Kevin is excited to bring his interests and experiences to CIDRA and looks forward to meeting all of CIDRA’s distinguished members...
