They discussed several actual cases in which FTI professionals served as either expert consultants, third-party neutral arbitrators, or as advisors to arbitrators, in international disputes involving complex financial, accounting, valuation or damages issues. In addition, Sean Byrne, provided information regarding the use of electronic case presentation technology.
