For more than thirty years, Mr. Morrison has arbitrated commercial disputes, with a very significant arbitration practice since 1990. He has arbitrated over 25 major U.S. and international commercial disputes, serving as sole arbitrator.

Mr. Morrison’s presentation to CIDRA was entitled "Twists of Fate in Recent ICC Arbitration." He offered a first hand account of his recent participation in an ICC Arbitration.
