Mr. Schwab is an International Bar Association delegate to the Hague Conference on Private International Law, Special Commission on Jurisdiction, Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters. He will comment on his participation in the negotiations surrounding the Hague Convention on the Enforcement of Foreign Judgments.
