The presentation is entitled “Doing Business in Hong Kong & China” and will feature Dr. Michael Moser, arbitrator, mediator and partner in the Hong Kong office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP. A fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker, who has lived in China since 1980, and a published authority on arbitration in China and Asia, Dr. Moser will share his insights and extensive Hong Kong/China experience in arbitration, mediation and counsel to American companies transacting business in China. Dr. Moser is Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Co-Chair of the China Arbitration Forum, and a China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) panel member. He has acted as arbitrator or counsel in more than 100 cases and is the first foreign national to be appointed as an arbitrator in China.
