Our May 13 CIDRA Breakfast Symposium is titled: "Look North in International Arbitration: What Lawyers Should Know about Canada." Professor Margaret Moses of Loyola Law School will moderate.

Ms. Barrington is an arbitration practitioner and mediator. She has practiced law in Ontario and in Hong Kong, and is also qualified in New York and in England and Wales. She is the Director of the Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot and President of ArbitralWomen. Mr. Leon has over 30 years of experience as counsel in complex disputes. He acts primarily as counsel in international arbitration, and also serves as an arbitrator and mediator. Mr. McDougall is the head of the International Arbitration Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall. He has extensive experience in international arbitration as counsel and arbitrator and is active in arbitration advocacy training. Before returning to Canada in 2009, he practiced international arbitration full time in Paris for almost 10 years at White & Case.
